ESI and SDE updates 11-July-2024

A couple of quick updates on the ESI and the SDE:
ESI:
On 11 July 2024, a few enhancements were made to a selection of existing ESI endpoints to restore them back to full functionality. You can find the complete list of updates here: https://github.com/esi/esi-issues/blob/master/changelog.md#2024-07-11.
Please note that the cache for individual endpoints will expire naturally, so some endpoints will start showing the new data once their cache expires.
SDE:
On 11 July 2024 a new patch was deployed (2024-07-11.1), which contained a new selection of skills for the SKINR. An updated SDE to include these new skills is scheduled to run at 10:00 UTC on 12 July 2024 and will be made available on https://developers.eveonline.com/resource from 10:30 UTC onwards.
