Global PLEX Market and SDE Update: 07-07-25

A small SDE update for third-party developers is currently scheduled for Monday, 7 July 2025. This update adds the new Global PLEX Market region (ID: 19000001). Third-party developers can use the existing ESI market routes to query the current PLEX orders and history with this new region ID.
Usually, I mention SDE updates after they've been applied, but I thought knowledge of this update prior to the deployment might help enable an easier transition for any relevant apps. Currently, the update is scheduled to start at 13:30 UTC and should be complete and uploaded to https://developers.eveonline.com/docs/services/sde/ by 14:00 UTC.
